The nearest long stay car park is Pinwell Road, operated by Lewes District Council using the RingGo app. There are also council run car parks nearby at Westgate Street (medium stay), Mountfield Road (medium stay), The Maltings (long stay), Little East Street (long stay), East Street. The train station car park is operated by APCOA Parking UK and is long stay.
By bike
The new cycle path between Firle and Polegate is now open and connects Lewes to Firle via a shared use path adjacent to the A27.
By bus
The nearest bus stop is a three minute walk (0.1 mile) away on Lewes High Street, serving the 28 and 29 bus route, as well as local services 121, 122, 124, 128, 129, 166, 167 in Lewes town.
The 28 and 29 bus services run from Tunbridge Wells to Brighton via Uckfield and Ringmer. They also serve the local universities.
The Sussex Art Shuttle is in operation March–October 2024, a hop-on-hop-off service linking Towner Eastbourne, Charleston and Seven Sisters Country Park. Day tickets cost £3.50.
By train
Lewes train station is a three minute walk (0.1 mile) away on Station Street. Southern rail operates from this station with routes to London, Brighton, Eastbourne and Hastings.
