Seaford
A circular walk through landscape which inspired the artist Eric Slater (1896-1963), who lived for most of his life in Seaford. A keen walker, he developed an intimate knowledge of the surrounding countryside and loved to observe the cliffs, sea and sky.
Newhaven
Courtesy of Newhaven Town Council, The Poppy Trail is a series of eight site specific interpretation panels have been installed around the district as part of the Council’s Heritage Lottery funded project ‘Newhaven’s First World War’. During the First World War, Newhaven became one of the major supply ports to the Western Front.
Seahavens
This trail is a route along the beautiful coastline from Saltdean to the Cuckmere River, taking in Cliffs, Nature Reserves, Seven Sisters Country Park, Watch Towers, Forts, Lidos and Harbours. The route is just over 10 miles lasting approximately 3 and a half hours.
Lewes Town
This map has been put together by local cyclists highlighting the best routes across the town of Lewes and the surrounding areas. Feauturing leisure rides, locations of schools and bike racks. There is a number of suggested rides from the people that know best.

This map is designed to locate these galleries for you and give you some insight into what to find there before you arrive. Throughout the town, you will find everything from antique markets to a traditional chocolate shop, from contemporary homeware stores to stylish boutiques - and a colour store to mix your own paints.
