Spacious and light-filled luxury holiday accommodation sleeping up to 8 guests, and a unique space for business events for up to 10 delegates. Located on the South Downs Way with wonderful countryside views just 10 minutes by car from Lewes town centre.

There are four bedrooms (three king, one twin) and four bathrooms, a large boot room for storage, washing and drying, large first floor balcony with seating and views over the Downs, outside seating area (ground floor) welcome drink of locally sourced wine.  Hot tub available all year round.  By prior notice, guests can arrange in-house spa treatments (facials, massages), in-house wine tasting, private catering and bike hire. 

The Grain Store is located directly on the South Downs Way and makes a perfect spot from which to explore East Sussex on foot, bike or even horseback!

The Grain Store is committed to using, where possible, green sources of energy and has installed an air source heat pump, solar panels and underfloor heating.  Two electric vehicle charging points are available.  By providing a charging point for electric vehicles, recycling facilities and environmentally-friendly products to use at The Grain Store, we aim to minimise the environmental impact of our business.

Prices include:  Exclusive hire of The Grain Store Apartment for 6 people.  Luxury toiletries in the bathrooms.  All bedlinen and guest towels.  Store cupboard basics (tea, coffee, oil, salt and pepper, dishwasher tablets etc.). Breakfast baskets available.   Standard post-stay cleaning.  Includes VAT.

Please note:  Our minimum stay is two nights. No set changeover days.  Check-in is from 4.00pm any day except Sunday and check-out by 10.00am.

We charge a refundable breakage deposit of £500.
