Lewes TIC is currently in its temporary home at the Lewes District Council customer services office, just a 10-minute walk from the train station and close to car parks. Our friendly team is on hand with their expert knowledge and personal service to help make your stay in Lewes, and the area, a memorable one. You can also buy tickets for local events.
Lewes District Council is working with Blue Sail, a tourism and destination consultancy to review the Tourist Information Centre and the services it provides in Lewes town. The service moved from 187 High Street in May 2024 to allow urgent building works to take place and has been operating since then in a shared office at 6 High Street (alongside Lewes District Council's Customer First team). The council is taking this opportunity to review what sort of service we need to provide and think about the best location for it.
