Bring songs, tunes and readings for May.
We serve home-made Maids of Honour, a traditional May treat made with pastry, cream cheese, lemon and currants. This is a good night to try singing or playing to listeners for the first time.
Everyone is welcome, especially if you'd like to sing or play. Just listen, or join in the choruses. We mostly sing and play traditional music from the British Isles, but we enjoy other styles as well.
We always start off with some English dance tunes for anyone with an instrument to join in.
We have a loyalty card. Six visits earn you £5 off an evening when admission is £6 or more. It's £6 tonight (cash please).
The club meets in an upstairs room. There is a handrail on each side of the stairs but no stairlift. Assistance dogs only please.
