Join our Spring Wild Food Workshop to find out more about edible wild plants.  After a short talk, we will walk the reserve to identify some plants that could be used for food, followed by a hands-on workshop to learn some simple ways to prepare and cook seasonal wild foods.  We will end by sharing a light foraged lunch.

Please Note:  although we will walk the Railway Land Nature Reserve to identify plants, we will not pick any plant materials as the site is protected.  Consuming food grown on land with an industrial past is not advisable; we will instead be using plants brought from other appropriate sites.
