Join us this February half term for more adventures in world cinema.
On Saturday 15 February, we'll be bringing back the incredibly popular Little Rascals toddler shorts - a programme especially for younger audiences that makes the perfect first cinema outing! We'll be showcasing the magical fairy tale films of Lotte Reiniger, whose beautiful silhouette animations continue to enchant. Before the film, you'll have the chance to tell your own silhouette stories at a Shadow Play Workshop.
On Sunday 16 February, toddlers will have a chance to explore shadows, lights and projections in their own interactive Cinemini workshop. We have a very special preview screening of Latvian animation Flow, in which a little black cat must team up with other animals after a flood destroys his home. Finally, we'll be showing the wonderful French animation Chicken for Linda!, in which a mother attempts to cook a special meal for her daughter - this will be accompanied by a drawing workshop where you'll be able to create a colourful self-portrait!
We can't wait to welcome you for this exciting weekend of exploration! Book your tickets for the films and workshops separately below.
