Liza Mackintosh’s solo exhibition ‘A Hundred Acres’ will reveal for the first time the artist’s response to her new home and local landscape of the beautiful Ashdown Forest. Walking regularly along the paths of the forest Liza takes the seasonal colours; weather and movement in the environment back to the studio and creates calming abstract paintings.
‘This work reflects a depth and sensitivity to the landscape and stimulating seasonal changes. A real joy to view and engage with’ Response from a visitor to Liza’s previous Artwave exhibition.
The exhibition will be opening with a private view on Friday 4th September: to ensure everyone’s safety and peace of mind the private view will be open to groups of 4 by appointment only between the 17:00 - 18:00 with 20 minute time slots. Please email Liza at info@lizamackinotsh.co.uk to secure your private time slot.
