Halloween Pottery Pop-Up for Kids

Join us at Malling Community Centre, Lewes, for a spooktacular day of creativity and clay! This Halloween-themed event is perfect for kids who love to get their hands dirty and unleash their artistic side - while dressed in their favourite costumes!

Jess & Sydney will guide the children through the process of creating their own pottery masterpieces, with the freedom to make whatever their imaginations conjure up!  From pinch pots and imaginary creatures to coil creations, your little ones will learn the basics of pottery in a safe, supportive and playful environment.

We'll have a tabletop potter's wheel for the kids to try, supervised by Jess or Sydney.  Everyone will get a turn, and if there's time, maybe even a second go!  Throughout the event, we'll also have tables full of clay for more hands-on fun.

To make the day even more magical, kids are encouraged to come in costume, and at the end of the session, we'll have a treat for everyone—some sweeties to take home, given at the parents' discretion.

For this event, we'll be using special air-drying clay that's just like regular clay but can be taken home the same day.  Kids can continue the fun by painting their creations at home once they've dried!
