Group Sound Bath Meditation

Need something to look forward to on Sunday October 2nd or any first Sunday morning of the month? Why not try the unique experience of a Sound Bath where you will be immersed in gentle, evocative harmonies and sounds made by gongs, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and chimes.

Hema Sounds will be at The Open Door, Church Twitten in Lewes. It's such a lovely quiet room with so much history and an atmosphere perfect for sound baths.

To book your place at either 10am for one hour (£15) or 11am (£20) for 1.5 hours of peace, relaxation and reconnection with what is important to you, just email hemasoundtherapy@gmail.com. All you have to do is lie there and open your minds and hearts to the experience as best you can, with no self-judgement. You will be guided through a body scan meditation and visualisation accompanied by gentle, evocative instrumental sounds. ✨Make time for you. You deserve it !✨
