About

TWO PAIRS OF EYES- A GHOST STORY FOR NEWHAVEN
FREE ONLINE ART WORKSHOP WITH CAROL HAVARD

Writer Sara Clifford's company, Inroads, have been working with communities in Newhaven and the surrounding areas since 2012, creating large scale participatory theatre shows, such as The Port, the Beast and the Traveller, Our Dancing Feet, The Tribunal and Home Fires.
'What a fantastic performance! The best I've seen!'
(Home Fires, Newhaven Fort)
For our new show, Two Pairs of Eyes, Inroads are gathering stories and running creative workshops about ghostly stories about Newhaven and the nearby villages and towns. Once woven together, these stories will become part of a new promenade performance piece with live music, song and projections for Newhaven in 2021.

FREE WORKSHOPS
We have now collected over 40 stories from people in and around Newhaven, ranging from the drummer boy heard at the Fort and a ghostly nun on the site of the old Convent, we are now starting to offer creative workshops exploring some of these.

The first is a FREE art workshop with Carol Havard of ArtStart and Sara Clifford , writer/producer ONLINE, on Thursday November 12th, online, 7 - 8.30pm.
You will need to have access to Zoom and materials for drawing with you at home to take part.
Please email Sara at inroadsproductions@mac.com by Friday 6th November if you would like to register to take part or with any queries. The Zoom invite will be sent on the day.
We hope you will join us in this exciting next stage
