Flint Knapping for Adults at Lewes Castle

Have a go at flint knapping with Grant Williams in this hands-on workshop for adults.

All participants will make a scraper to take away and have a go at making a hand axe.

There will be an opportunity to handle artefacts from the pre-history collections and have tuition in knapping in a small group – no experience required.

Please bring refreshments for the day, an old towel and some gardening gloves.
