Discover more about the unique collections of The Sussex Archaeological Society during this intimate informal evening with our museums' officer Emma O'Connor.
This fascinating evening focuses on the flat work (drawings, watercolours and photographs) in our collection.
Held in the library at Barbican House in Lewes, this exclusive behind-closed-doors session will offer the chance to learn more about some of the many thousands of objects which are held by the Society.
Expect plenty of opportunities for handling objects, examining them closely and interesting stories about the people behind the objects and how they ended up in the care of the Society.
Light refreshments will be provided for guests to enjoy after the talk.
