Bring your old clothes and your sewing projects to receive expert guidance from Abigail from Abigail's Drapery. Every Friday from 28th April to 7th July, from 12pm to 1.30pm at Lewes Castle & Museum.
Work as a community to make new from old, developing your sewing and design skills together with others.
It's a great opportunity to learn new skills, upcycle your old clothes and make new friends.
Learn how to use a sewing machine if this is a skill you'd like to pick up, receive guidance on your own sewing project or start a new project under the guidance of Abigail and tutors.
Have a go at making toys, dolls, bunting, bags, patchwork and children's clothes from old clothes and scraps using our patterns as a guide.
Babies and small children welcome under the supervision of their carer.
