Lewes District’s annual festival of creativity returns in September with a bumper schedule of 165 exhibitions for art lovers to enjoy.  

Now in its 31st year, Artwave continues to be one of the largest visual arts festivals in the South East, connecting hundreds of artists and makers with tens of thousands of appreciative visitors each year.   

More than 160 venues are taking part in this year’s festival, with free-to-visit exhibitions in private homes, studios, potteries, windmills, railway stations, farms and churches – and for the first time, Artwave is coming to Peacehaven and Telscombe.
