Join us on Wednesday 19 October for what is sure to be a superb celebration of a unique and undeniably influential medium of Japanese cinema – anime.
To mark the launch of their new book – The Ghibliotheque Anime Movie Guide – Michael Leader & Jake Cunningham (co-hosts of the fantastic Ghibliotheque Podcast) will be at Depot for a special screening of Millennium Actress – a journey through a century of Japanese cinema, and a tribute to the magic of the movies by the unique and influential animation director Satoshi Kon (Perfect Blue, Paprika).
Michael & Jake will be around after the screening to talk anime and sign their books.
