Returning for our second year Newhaven Festival are holding their second Bar at the Bandstand!
Last year was a sell out so make sure you get your tickets!
Filled with Sussex gin, fizz and beer to buy for now and later. Plus live music, delicious food, cocktail bars, soft drinks and an art market.Thank you to The Makers Directory for showcasing some creative artists and makers.
Totally Covid safe, we will have three sessions once again lasting this time, 2.5 hours.
11.30am- 2pm, 2.30-5pm and 5.30-8pm
Ticket holders will receive a recyclable ‘glass’ which can be collected at the end to be washed and reused. Every ticket will go in a prize draw to win a bottle of artisan gin or Sussex wine.
There will be hand sanitiser and lovely charming hospitality staff to help direct you round the site!

Newhaven is easily accessed along the coast from Brighton on the A259 or from lewes on the A27/26 or C7.** PLEASE NOTE** THERE WILL BE NO PARKING ON DENTON ISLAND.We have 3 disabled parking spaces per session on site. Please email newhavenfestival.sussex@gmail.com if you would like to book one. Booked on a first come, first served basis.Dacre Road car park is a multi storey located in the town centre. Lower Place car park is also accessed from the ring road and also has a bus hub and public loos. Bay Vue car park is located by the river, near The Ark Pub and Bickerstaffs. All are a short walk from the island.
No. 12 or 12A Coaster buses travel along the coast from Brighton to Eastbourne every 10 minutes.These stop at Lower Place, just near the bandstand and also Newhaven Town Station. Which is close by. The train from Lewes is only 10 minutes. 5 minutes from Seaford and 30 mins from Brighton.
